(Ambiya') 21 : 45
قُلْ إِنَّمَا أُنْذِرُكُمْ بِالْوَحْيِ ۚ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا مَا يُنْذَرُونَ
You say: "I only warn you with Revelation, but the deaf will not hear when they are warned”.
Adhikr is the Herald for believing people, whereas It is the Warning for the Fujjar. Those who are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr will be dragged into Hell prone on their faces as deaf, dumb, and blind as explained in verses 17: 97-98 and 25: 34. They are denoted as the worst creatures in the land as told in verse 98: 6. See explanation 8: 22; 7: 175-176 and 10: 42-43.
